I have lost about 1/3 of what I want to lose but I am already telling the difference! I can move around easier, I can even run! It is easier to get up off the floor, etc. I can only imagine how it will be with all of the weight off! The thought excites me to find out!
This is a healthy way of eating and has taken some adjustment and education, and I am still learning, thanks to my very special coach and long distance friend of WLBD and to my willingness to learn, but it is quickly becoming my preffered way, because you feel so much better!
When I do eat something from my old way of eating, I soon wish I hadn't! It's like my body is telling me "NO! I don't want that, don't you dare feed that to me!"
So while accepting the fact that I will enjoy at times, some food that maybe I shouldn't, it is ok, and my body will remind me anyway!, and my choice is to listen to it and "keep my journey moving forward!"
I have to tell you about my day Sunday (scheduled day off from program). It started with my coffee - I drank half of it and just lost interest, then for lunch I ordered Chinese from my favorite place and I ate half of what I normally ate and it made my stomach upset until I ate a salad later, not to mention the iced tea with splenda I tried to drink and finally dumped it out and went back to my water with a little lemon. Ok this diet is changing a lot about my metabolism and I am very thankful. Yes, I do have more energy. Very few times do I get hungry though then I eat a piece of sugar free candy or drink more water. Thanks,

I went for my first check up yesterday and the Dr. was happy with me. I have lost 5 (Yes 5) pant sizes. This is a GREAT program and an easy way of eating. Nothing I prepare takes longer than 15 min. You can't drive to McDonalds, order and get it that fast. So, it's FAST food, but healthy food.Thank you,
Well it's a month later and I've started the plan. Thank you for telling me all about it back when we first talked. I am finding myself satisfied and full all day long without the horrible cravings and hunger I used to have. I look forward to my exercise because I'm not too tired to put my shoes on anymore. My biggest challenge is keeping myself off the bathroom scales because I know I'm losing weight!!!
I'll be writing you in a few months to tell you I've made my goal. I know I will... it's just a matter of when.
I don't think I've been hungry since I began this plan!

Glucose/Sugar from 99 to 90
BP systolic from 122 to 104 BP Diastolic from 74 to 68
BMI from 31 to 30 When I get these results (January) if there is any difference I will share with you.
I am feeling good. Every day that I walk, I feel myself getting stronger. My clothes are feeling loser too.
Oh yes I am so excited to report that I lost 12 lbs (first weigh-in visit), I lost 4 1/4 inches from my waist, 3 1/2 inches from my hips and 2 points from my body fat. It was a great visit.
Bought new pants today...went from size 16 to size 12!!! I can't wait to try the bike for exercise so I can lose more. I sat in the dressing room and cried like a crazy person. I haven't worn size 12 in about 14 years. I am so thankful to you all for helping me stay on track!
I lost 14 lbs!!!! and 8 inches total. Everyone in the office was very excited for me.
